का.अ. 871(ऄ).—यतः, मै॰ वी. अर. आंटरप्राआजेज न े तले ंगाना (भूतपूव व अंध्र प्रदेि) राज्य के वारंगल जजले के
हसनपाथी मंडल, ऄनंतसागर गााँव म ें एक अइटी/अइटीइएस के जलए एक क्षत्रे जवजिष्ट जविेष अर्थथक जोन की स्ट्थापना हते ु
जविेष अर्थथक जोन ऄजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जजसे एतद्पश्चात ् ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के
ऄंतगतव प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार ने जविेष अर्थथक जोन जनयमावली 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित ऄजधजनयम की धारा
4 की ईप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, वाजणज्य एवं ईद्योग मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना संख्या
का.अ. 1560(ऄ) ददनांक 17 जसतंबर, 2007 द्वारा ईपयुवक्त जविेष अर्थथक जोन म ें 10.12 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को ऄजधसूजचत
दकया था;
और यतः, मै॰ वी. अर. आंटरप्राआजेज ने ऄब ईक्त जविेष अर्थथक जोन के 10.12 हक्े टेयर के सम्पूणव क्षत्रे को
ऄनजधसूजचत करन े का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै

और यतः, तेलंगाना सरकार ने ईनके पत्र स. 1371/अइटी-सी/प्रोम2/2006 ददनांक 02 माच,व 2022 के तहत
प्रस्ट्ताव को ऄनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र द े ददया ह।ै आसके ऄलावा, ऄनजधसुजचत भूजम का ईपयोग तेलगं ाना सरकार के भूजम
ईपयोग-ददिाजनदेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान के ऄनुसार दकया जाएगा;
और यतः, जवकास अयुक्त, जविाखापत्तनम जविेष अर्थथक जोन न े ईक्त जविेष अर्थथक जोन के 10.12 हक्े टेयर के
सम्पूणव क्षत्रे को ऄनजधसूजचत करन े के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
ऄतः ऄब केन्द्र सरकार, जविेष अर्थथक जोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों
का प्रयोग करत े हुए एतद्द्वारा ईक्त ऄजधसूचना को आस ईत्सादन स े पूवव दकए गए कायों या दकए जाने के जलए लोजपत को
छोड़कर, रद्द करती ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd February, 2023
S.O. 871(E).—WHEREAS, M/s. V. R. Enterprises had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic
Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic
Zone for IT/ITES Sector at Ananthasagar Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District in the State of Telangana
(erstwhile Andhra Pradesh);
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, had notified an area of 10.12 hectares at
above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification number S.O. 1560(E) dated 17th
September, 2007;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. V. R. Enterprises has now proposed to de-notify the entire area of 10.12 hectares of
the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Telangana has given No Objection Certificate to the proposal vide letter
No. 1371/IT&C/Prom2/2006 dated 02nd March, 2022. Further, the de-notified land will be utilized as per the Land
Use-Guidelines/Master plans of the Government of Telangana;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has
recommended the proposal for de-notification of entire area of 10.12 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic
Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as respects things done or
omitted to be done before such rescission.
