भारत सरकार के कोयला मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5728 (अ), तारीख 9 दिसम्बर, 2025 द्वारा िो भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र, भाग 2, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii), तारीख 10 दिसम्बर 2025 म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, उक्त अजधसूचना स े संलग्न अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्िजष्ट पररक्षेत्र में 373.598 हक्े टर (लगभग) या 923.161 एकड़ (लगभग) भूजम और ऐसी भूजम में या उस पर के सभी अजधकारों के अिजन करन े के अपन ेआिय की सूचना िी थी; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण म ेंकेन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटज ि ेिी है; और, केन्द्रीय सरकार का. पूिोक्त ररपोटज पर जिचार करने के पश्चात् और महाराष्ट्र सरकार से परामिज करन ेके O.5728(E) , dated the 9th December , 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) published in the Gazette of India, Part-II, Section- 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 10th December , 2025 the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire 373.598 hectares (approximately) or 923.161 acres (approximately) land and all rights in or over such land specified in the Schedule annexed to that notification ;8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] And, whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act, has made his report to the Central Government; And, whereas, the Central Government after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting to the Government of Maharashtra, is satisfied that the lands measuring 373.027 hectares (approximately) or 921.749 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as specified in the Schedule appended hereto, should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957, (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby declares that all rights in or over the land measuring 373.027 hectares (approximately) or 921.749 acres (approximately) with all rights in or over the said land as specified in the said Schedule are hereby acquired.
