S.O. 3969(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby

authorizes Deputy Collector and Special Land Acquisition Officer, Haridwar, Government of Uttarakhand in place of

Uttarakhand to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
