का.आ. 4015(अ).—यतः, म.ै स्ट्पैन वेंचसस प्राइवेट जलजमटेड, ने तजमलनाडु राज्य में केपीएम नगर,
रजिनाम सोफ्टवेयर पाकस, कुरीजच गांव, एचानारी, कोयंमबटूर जिला में सचू ना प्रौद्योजगकी एवं सचू ना
प्रौद्योजगकी समर्िसत सेवाओं के जलए एक क्षेत्र जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्िसक िोन की स्ट्िापना हते ु जविेष आर्िसक िोन
अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिस े एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगसत
प्रस्ट्ताव दकया िा;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार ने, जविेष आर्िसक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साि पठित उक्त
अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्न ताजलका में उल्लेजखत
क्षेत्रों को उपरोक्त जविेष आर्िसक िोन में अजधसूजचत तिा अनजधसूजचत दकया िा;

और यतः, मै. स्ट्पैन वेंचसस प्राइवेट जलजमटेड ने अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्िसक क्षेत्र से 1.22 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र
को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै
और, यतः तजमलनाडु राज्य सरकार ने उनके पत्र सं. 2479/एमआईई-2/2021-3 दिनाक 27 जसतम्बर,
2021 के प्रत्र के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी िे िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, अनजधसूजचत भूखंडों का उपयोग
बुजनयािी ढांचे के जनमासण के जलए दकया िाएगा, िो मलू रूप से पठरकजल्पत एसईिेड के उद्देश्य को पूरा करेगा।
अनजधसूचना के बाि, ऐसे भखू ंडों का उपयोग तजमलनाडु सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििा-जनिेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान के
अनुरूप होगा;
और यतः जवकास आयुक्त, मरास जविेष आर्िसक िोन ने जविेष आर्िसक िोन के 1.22 हक्े टेयर के सम्पणू स
क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करन े के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की है;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ै दक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतगतस
अपेक्षाओं तिा अन्द्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;
अतः अब, जविेष आर्िसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्द्तुक द्वारा
प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्िसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र
सरकार एतद्द्वारा 1.22 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्िसक िोन के भाग से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके
पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल 1.715 हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए सवेक्षण संख्या और क्षेत्रफल नीच े
ताजलका में दिए गए ह:ैं -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th September, 2024
S.O. 4015(E).— Whereas, M/s. Span Ventures Private Limited, had proposed under
section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the
said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
Information Technology Enabled Services, at KPM Nagar, Rathinam Software Park, Kurichi
Village, Eachanari, Coimbatore District in the State of Tamil Nadu;
And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had
notified and de-notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as details given
below in the table: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Span Ventures Private Limited has now proposed for de-
notification of 1.22 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has given its approval to the
proposal vide letter No.2479/MIE-2/2021-3 dated 27th September, 2021. Further, after de-
notification, the de-notified land parcel would be utilized towards creation of infrastructure which
would sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally envisaged. Post de-notification, use of such
land parcels will conform to land use guidelines/master plans of the Government of Tamil Nadu;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, MEPZ Special Economic Zone has
recommended the proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.22 hectares of the Special Economic
Zone.
NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-
section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section
(1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special
Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.22
hectares, thereby making resultant area as 1.715 hectares. For de-notification, the survey
numbers and the area are given below in the table, namely:-
