L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-14012026-269331 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-14012026-269331 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II —खण् ड 3 — उप-खण् ड (ii) PART II —Section 3—Sub-Section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 161] नई दिल्ली, सोमवार, िनवरी 12, 2026/पौष 22, 1947 No. 161] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JANUARY 12, 2026/PAUSHA 22, 1947 परे ोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गसै मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 8 िनवरी, 2026 का. आ. 171(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार न े पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम म ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन) अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 5294 (अ) तारीख 06 दिसंबर 2024, िो भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र तारीख 09 दिसंबर 2024, म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना स े संलग्न अनुसचू ी म ें जवजनर्िजष्ट भूजम म ें (गुिरात) राज्य म ें मेहसाना स े बठ ंडा (पंिाब) तक प्राकृजतक गैस के पररवहन के जलए िीएसपीएल इंजडया गैसनेट जलजमटेड़ (िीआइिीएल) द्वारा पाइपलाइन जबछान े के प्रयोिन के जलए उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी; और उक्त असाधारण रािपत्र अजधसूचना की प्रजतयां िनता को तारीख 10-12-2024 तक उपलब्ध करा िी गई थी ; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोटज िे िी ह ै; और केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े उक्त ररपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश्चात, और यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक उक्त भूजम पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसम ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनज करने का जवजनश्चय दकया ह ै; 247 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC. (ii)] MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th January, 2026 S.O. 171 (E). — Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No. 5294 (E) dated the 6th December 2024, issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated the 9th December 2024, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline in the State of Punjab Mehsana - Bathinda Natural Gas Pipeline for transportation of Natural Gas by GSPL INDIA GASNET LIMITED, (GIGL); And whereas copies of the said Extra Ordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 10.12.2024; And whereas the competent authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in GSPL INDIA GASNET LIMTED (GIGL), free from all encumbrances. GSPL INDIA GASNET LIMITED (GIGL) shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act, 1962 and no suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government on any matter relating to the pipeline.
