S.O. 4175(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge In lieu of Level Crossing No. 147 at Km.
573/17-19 in Rayanapadu yard" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of Andhra Pradesh in
the District of NTR for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication
of this notification in the Official Gazette.
