Secunderabad, the 10th September, 2024
S.O. 4178(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 331 at Km.
463/2-4 between Telaprolu – Nuzividu stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of
Andhra Pradesh in the District of NTR for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
