NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 12th December, 2024
S.O. 382(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No.45 at
Km.284/40-44 in between Peddapalli and Raghavapuram stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land
in the State of Telangana in the District of Peddapalli for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
