Secunderabad, the 30th December, 2024
S.O. 383(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 52(M) at
Km. 270/26-28 at Ramagundam— Peddampet stations Yard" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in
the State of Telangana in the District of Peddapalli for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
