Secunderabad, the 12th December, 2024
S.O. 376(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 11 at Km.
115/2-3 in between Bodhdi Bujrug – Kinwat stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State
of Maharastra in the District of Nanded for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
