NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th December, 2025
S.O. 6054(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, district, taluk and villages mentioned in the
column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for building, maintenance, management and operation of
Four Lane of NH-15 from Baihata Chariali to Mission Chariali , excluding Mangaldoi Bypass from Design Chainage
Km 0.00 to Km 10.40 in District Kamrup in the State of Assam.
