(जबलपरु स े कुुंडम सेक्शि मार्ग) (तहसील-कुण्डम) तक के भू-खण्ड के धिमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड शोल्डर सधहत 2-लिे / 4-लिे का बिािा आकद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत ह ै धजसका सुंधक्षप्त वणगि िीच ेअिुसूची म ेंकदया र्या ह,ै ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपि े आशय की घोषणा करती ह ै। कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम म ें धहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीि पूवोक्त प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र म ें इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख स े इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी आपधत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा । ऐसी प्रत्येक आपधत्त सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत ् सब धडधवशिल मधजस्ट्रेट कुण्डम, धडधस्ट्रक्ट जबलपुर को धलधखत रूप में प्रस्ट्ततु की जाएर्ी और उसमें उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककए जाएुंर् े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकता ग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप म ें या ककसी धवधिक पेशेवर द्वारा सुिे जािे का अवसर देर्ा और ऐसी आपधत्तयों की सुिवाई के पश्चात ् तर्ा ऐसी और जााँच करिे के पश्चात,् यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदशे द्वारा या तो आपधत्तयों को अिुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा या अििज्ञु ात कर सकेर्ा । 5357 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (2) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदशे अुंधतम होर्ा । इस अधिसूचिा के अतुं र्तग आिे वाली भूधम के रेखाुंक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय म ें उपलब्ि ह ैंऔर उिका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वारा धिरीक्षण ककया जा सकता ह ै। अिसु चू ी मध्य प्रदशे राज्य के जबलपुर धजले म ेंNH-45 के कक.मी. 0+000 स े 160+000 कक.मी. (Jabalpur to Kundam Section Road) (Tehsil-Kundam) in the district of JABALPUR, in the state of MADHYA PRADESH, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 3C of the said Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Sub Divisional Magistrate Kundam, District Jabalpur in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
