New Delhi, the 18th July, 2023
S.O. 3226(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 0 to
km. 9.450 of Office of Deputy Commissioner , East- Block, 2nd Floor, Mini-Secretariat, Ukhrul- 795142 for
Construction of Two Laning with Hard shoulder of Ukhrul-Toloi-Tadubi Road Package 1 (Ukhrul Bypass) on NH-
102A in the State of Manipur on EPC mode by NHIDCL.
