New Delhi, the 29th October 2021
S.O. 4515(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the
Schedule below as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the
corresponding entry in the column(3) of the said Schedule relating to District ,Taluks and villages mentioned in
columns (5) (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for building (widening / four- lanning, etc.), maintenance,
management and operation of 4 lanning of Sambalpur Ring Road from Km. 0.000 to km 34.800 in the State of
ODISHA.
