Due to restructure/formation of new Districts by Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Taluks/Mandals Tirupati (Rural), Chandragiri, Renigunta, Vadamalapet, Puttur, Narayanavanam & Nagari, which were previously in Chittoor District are now falling in Tirupati and Chittoor Districts and accordingly, the Schedules in the aforementioned notifications of the Government of India shall be substituted as follows: The Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km 97.100 to Km 114.500 of NH-71, from Km 61.510 to Km 106.240 of NH-716 for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of ANDHRA PRADESH.
