अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोिन के जलए वह भजू म अपेजक्षत है, जिसका संजक्षप्त वणगन नीचे अनुसूची में दिया
गया ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अिगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती ह;ै
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 ग की उपधारा (1) के अधीन पूवोक्त
प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के उपयोग पर रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप
कर सकेगा ;

जिला- पछूूँ को जलजखत रूप में दकया िाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार अजधकजर्त दकए िाएगें और सक्षम प्राजधकारी,
आक्षेपकृत को व्यजक्तगत रूप म ें या दकसी जवजध व्यवसायी द्वारा सुने िाने का अवसर िेगा और ऐसे आक्षेपों की सुनवाई के
पश्चात ् तर्ा ऐसी और िाूँच करन े के पश्चात्, यदि कोई हो, जिसे सक्षम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आिेि द्वारा या तो

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2022
S.O. 3372(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)(hereafter referred to as the said act), the Central Government, after being satisfied
that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for
building (widening/2-Laning with paved shoulder), maintenance, management and operation of the National Highway
No.144A in the stretch of land from Km. 146+700 to 162+800 Km. Akhnoor to Poonch Road in the District- Rajouri
and Poonch in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;
Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of
section 3 C of the said act;
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, the Deputy Commissioner Land
Acquisition Poonch, Poonch District Poonch, in writing and shall set out the grounds there of and the Competent
Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may
after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 3 C of the said act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the
interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
