NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th July, 2022
S.O. 3408(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in
the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned
in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for Widening from two lane to four lane with paved
shoulder in Km. 60/650-73/2 and strengthening in Km. 60/650 - 61/8, 62/8-63/4, 65/2-67/2, 67/6-70/0, 71/2-71/450
and 71/750 –73/2 and only wearing course at Km.61/8-62/8, 63/4-65/2, 67/2-67/6, 70/0-71/2 including widening of
minor bridges, construction of additional bridge at Km.64/2, widening and reconstruction of culverts, construction of
retaining walls and drain in built up areas in Musiri-Namakkal road (NH 381B) in the state of Tamil Nadu.
