S.O. 2759(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after
being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule
below, is required for building maintenance, management and operation of NH51 for the project
of Widenning to Paved Side Shoulder of NH 51 Limbdi-Wadhvan-Surendranagar-Dhrangadhra-Kuda Road
between DRANAGAR in the state of GUJARAT, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Km.
0+00 to Km. 4+960, Km. 6+300 to Km. 16+900, Km. 45+500 to Km. 62+798 (Package-1)(L=42.318 Km.),
Km. 4+960 to Km. 6+300, Km. 16+900 to Km. 6+300, Km. 16+900 to Km. 32+280, Km. 41+740 to Km.
