New Delhi, the 6th March, 2024
S.O. 1103(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km.
230.680 to Km. 250.000 of the NHrat Section of NH-48 between existing Km.230.680 to Km. 250.000 in the
NH48 for building of additional structure / bridges building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management
and operation for additional structures including approached in Vadodara-Su district Surat in State of GUJARAT.
