८२/३०० और कक.मी. ५४/००० स े कक.मी. ८२/१२० (धशक्रापुर- न्द्हावरा खंड) धडजाईि लम्बाई २८.१२० कक.मी. तक के भूखंड का धिमागण (चौडाकरिे ,पेव्ड शोल्डर सधहत /दो लेि का बिािे ,आकद ), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत ह ै धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगि िीचे अिुसचू ी म ें कदया र्या ह,ै ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करि े के अपि े आशय की घोषणा करती ह ै। कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो भूधम म ें धहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अधिधियम की िारा ३र् की उपिारा (१) के अिीि पूवोक्त प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र म ें इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख स े इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी आपधत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा । ऐसी प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षम प्राधिकारी, तथा उपधजल्हाधिकारी भूसंपादि क्र.१७ धजल्हाधिकारी कायागलय पुण े को धलधखत रूप म े ककया जायर्ा और उसम ें उसके आिार अधिकधथत ककए जाएंर्े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकताग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप म ेया ककसी धवधि व्यवसायी द्वारा सुिे जाि ेका अवसर दर्े ा और ऐसी आक्षपे ो की सुिवाई के पश्चात ्तथा ऐसी और जााँच करि े के पश्चात,् यकद कोई हो, धजस े सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदशे द्वारा या तो आपधत्तयों को अिज्ञु ात 7072 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] कर सकेर्ा या अििुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा । उक्त अधिधियम की िारा ३र् की उप-िारा (२) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश अंधतम होर्ा । इस अधिसूचिा के अंतर्गत आि ेवाली भूधम के रेखांक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय म ेंउपलब्ि ह ैंऔर उिका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वारा धिरीक्षण ककया जा सकता ह ै। अिसु चू ी महाराष्ट्र राज्य के पणु े धजल े म ें राष्ट्रीय राजमार् ग सख्ं या ५४८डी जो कक जक्ं शि एि एच-४८ (परु ािा एि.एच.-४) स े प्रारंभ होकर तळेर्ाव-चाकण-धशक्रापरु -न्द्हावरा मार् ग तक कक.मी. ५४/००० स े कक.मी. ८२/३०० और कक.मी.

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th September, 2026 S.O. 5070(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for Building (widening/Two lane with paved shoulder etc) maintenance, management and operation of NH-48 (Old NH-4) near Talegaon-Chakan-Shikrapur-Nhavara Section of National Highway 548D in the stretch of land from Km 54/000 to Km 82/300 And Km54/000 to Km 82/120 (Shikrapur to Nhavra Section) Design Length 28.120 Km in the District of Pune in the state of Maharashtra[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objections to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Deputy Collector Land Acquisition No.17 Collector Office District Pune in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either Allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land to be covered under their notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
