का प्रयोर् करत े हुए, यह समािान हो जाने के पश्चात ् कक झारखडं राज्य के पधश्चमी ससंहभूम धजले म ें हाटर्म्हररया- कोलेधिरा राष्ट्रीय राजमार् ग 320G,के कक.मी. 98.000 स े कक.मी. 122.700,(वेस्ट ससंहभूम, चाईिासा) तक के भू-खण्ड के धनमागण (चैडीकरण/पेव्ड शोल्डर सधहत 2-लने /4-लेन का िनाना आकद) अनुरक्षण, प्रिंि और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत ह ै धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगन नीच े अनुसूची म ें कदया र्या ह,ै ऐसी भूधम का अजनग करने के अपन ेआशय की िोषणा करती है़ ै । कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम म ें धहतिद्ध ह,ै उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3र् की उपिारा (1) के अिीन पूवोैैक्त प्रयोजन के धलय े ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र म ें इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख स े इक्कीस कदन के भीतर अपनी आपधत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा । ऐसा प्रत्येक आपधत्त समक्ष प्राधिकारी अर्ागत् धडस्रीक्ट् लन्द्े ड् एक्कधिषन् औफसर को धलधखत रूप म ें प्रस्तुत की जायेर्ी और उसम ें उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककए जाएर्ं े और समक्ष प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकताग को व्यधक्तर्त रुप म ें या ककसी धवधिक पेशेवर द्वारा सुन े जान े का अवसर दर्े ा और ऐसे आपधत्तयों की सुनवाई के पश्चात तर्ा ऐसी और जााँच करन े के पश्चात, यकद कोइ हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदशे द्वारा या तो आपधत्तयों को अनुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा या अननुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा। उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3र् की RW/LA/PACKAGE III/NH-320G/JHR/2021-22/3A] अभय िैन, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2024 S.O. 3787(E).—In exerice of powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is reuired for building (widening/two land with paved shoulder/four laning etc..), maintenance, management and operation of NH320G in the stretch of land from km 98.00 to 122.700 in the district of WEST SINGHBHUM in the state of JHARKHAND, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Officia Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(I) of section 3C of the said Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, District Land Acquisition Officer in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof Competent Authority shall give the obector an opportunity of being hard, either in personor by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objectins. Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final. The land plants and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid officer of the Competent Authority.
