प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करत े हुए, यह समािान हो जाने के पश्चात ् कक महाराष्ट्र राज्य के जळर्ाव धजल े में NH53 के कक.मी. 360 स े कक.मी. 422.7 (ऍस्डीओ आकिस धनयर कोर् ग भुसावल) तक के भू-खण्ड के धनमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड शोल्डर सधहत 2-लेन/4-लेन का बनाना आकद), अनुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िन और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत ह ै धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगन नीचे अनुसूची म ें कदया र्या ह,ै ऐसी भूधम का अजगन करन ेके अपन े आशय की घोषणा करती ह ै। कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम म ें धहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीन पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र म ें इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख स े इक्कीस कदन के भीतर अपनी आपधत्त प्रकर् कर सकेर्ा । ऐसी प्रत्येक आपधत्त सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत ् ऍस्डीओ भुसावल को धलधखत रूप म ें प्रस्तुत की जाएर्ी और उसम ें उसके आिार अभय िैन, जनिेिक MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th September, 2024 S.O. 4066(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of NH53 in the stretch of land from Km. 360 to Km. 422.7 (SDO Office Near Court Bhusawal) in the district of JALGAON in the state of MAHARASHTRA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 3C of the said Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, SDO Bhusawal in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.
