(िाजिू ी-पपंपिे बुरक तक) के भू-खण्ड के धनमागण (चोड़ाकिने बाइपासो सधहत चाि/ छह लेन का बनान,े आकद), अनुिक्षण, प्रबन्द्िन औि प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत ह ै धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगन नीच े अनुसूची में कदया र्या ह,ै ऐसी भूधम का अजगन किने के अपने आशय की घोषणा किती ह ै। कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम म ें धहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3र् की उप-िािा (1) के अिीन पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पि िाजपत्र म ें इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तािीख स े इक्कीस कदन के भीति अपनी आक्षेप कि सकेर्ा । 8384 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] ऐसी प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षमप्राधिकािी, अर्ागत् उपधजल्हाधिकािी (भूसंपादन) संख्या 16 सतािा, भूसंपादन भवन, भाितीय स्टेट बँक, कलेक्टोिेट शाखा के नजदीक, 52 ए, सदिबझाि, सतािा- धपन - 415001 को धलधखत रूप म े प्रस्तुत की जाएर्ी औि उसम ें उसके आिाि अधिकधर्त ककए जाएंर् े औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी, आक्षेपकता ग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप म े या ककसी धवधिक पेशेवि द्वािा सुन े जान े का अवसि दर्े ा औि ऐसी आक्षोपों की सुनवाई किन े के पश्चात ् तर्ा ऐसी औि जाँच किन े के पश्चात,् यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकािी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वािा या तो आक्षोपों को अनज्ञु ात कि सकेर्ा या अननुज्ञात कि सकेर्ा । उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3र् की उप-िािा (2) के अिीन सक्षम प्राधिकािी द्वािा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश अंधतम होर्ा । इस अधिसूचना के अतं र्तग आने वाली भूधम के िेखांक औि अन्द्य ब्यौिे सक्षम प्राधिकािी के उक्त कायागलय म ें उपलब्ि ह ैंऔि उनका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वािा धनिीक्षण ककया जा सकता ह ै। अनसु चू ी महािाष्ट्र िाज्य के सतािा धजल े म ेंिाष्ट्रीय िाजमार् ग सख्ं या 965 के 117 कक.मी. स े 176 कक.मी. (िाजिू ी-पपपं िे बरु क तक) के धलए अजनग की जान े वाली सिं चना िधहत अर्वा सिं चना सधहत भधू म का सधं क्षप्त धवविण िाज्य का नाम: महािाष्ट्र धजल े का नाम: सातािा क्रधमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूधम का प्रकाि भूधम की प्रकृधत भूधम का क्षत्रे फल भूधम का क्षत्रे फल सख्ं या (स्र्ानीय इकाई) (हक्े टेयि) 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: फलटण र्ावं का नाम: वाजर्े ावं 1 6 धनजी कृषी 0.0396 (हक्े टेयि ) 0.0396 Total 0.0396 [फा. स.ं NHAI/PIU/PUNE/PALAKHI MARG/LA/2017/3A] अभय िैन, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th December, 2024 S.O. 5608(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/4/6 Laning including bypasses etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 965 in the stretch of land from Km 117 to Km176 (Rajuri - Pimpre Budruk Section) in the district of SATARA in the state of MAHARASHTRA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land, Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 3C of the said Act.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) No. 16 Satara, Bhusampadan Bhavan, Near State Bank Of India Collectorate Branch, 52-A, Sadar Bazzar, Satara. Pin - 415001 in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
