का.आ. 5164(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार् ग अधिधियम १९५६ (१९५६ का ४८) (धजसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात ्उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या ह)ै की िारा ३क की उप-िारा (१) द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह समािाि हो जाि ेके पश्चात ्कक महाराष्ट्र राज्य के विा गधजल ेम ेंराष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग ३४७अ के कक.मी. १३४+२८३ स ेकक.मी. १५९+०७५ (सालोड-पुलर्ाव खंड) तक के भूखंड का धिमागण (चौडाकरिे ,पेव्ड शोल्डर सधहत दो लेि का बिािे ,आकद ), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत ह ै धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगि िीचे अिुसूची म ें कदया र्या ह,ै ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करि े के अपिे आशय की घोषणा करती ह ै। कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो भूधम म ें धहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अधिधियम की िारा ३र् की उपिारा (१) के अिीि पूवोक्त प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र म ें इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख स े इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी आपधत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा । ऐसी प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षम प्राधिकारी, तथा उपधजल्हाधिकारी एव ं भूधम अधिग्रहण अधिकारी विा ग को धलधखत रूप म ें ककया जायर्ा और उसम ें उसके आिार अधिकधथत ककए जाएंर्े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकता ग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप म ें या ककसी धवधि व्यवसायी द्वारा सुिे जािे का अवसर दर्े ा और ऐसी आक्षेपो की सुिवाई के पश्चात् तथा ऐसी और जााँच करि े 7189 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] के पश्चात,् यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझ,े आदशे द्वारा या तो आपधत्तयों को अिुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा या अििुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा । उक्त अधिधियम की िारा ३र् की उप-िारा (२) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश अंधतम होर्ा । इस अधिसूचिा के अंतर्गत आि ेवाली भूधम के रेखांक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय म ेंउपलब्ि ह ैंऔर उिका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वारा धिरीक्षण ककया जा सकता ह ै। अिसु चू ी महाराष्ट्र राज्य के विा ग धजले म ेंराष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग ३४७अ के कक.मी. १३४+२८३ स े कक.मी. १५९+०७५ (सालोड-पुलर्ाव खंड) के धलए अजिग की जाि े वाली संरचिा रधहत अथवा संरचिा सधहत भूधम का संधक्षप्त धववरण.

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th September, 2026.

S.O. 5164(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/Two lane with paved shoulder, etc) maintenance, management and operation of National Highway 347A in the stretch of land from Km134+283 to Km 159+075 (Salod-Pulgaon Section) in the district of Wardha in the state of Maharashtra Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objections to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Deputy Collector And Land Acquisition Officer Wardha in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either Allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] The land plans and other details of the land to be covered under their notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
