New Delhi, the 13th February, 2023
S.O. 643(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Land Acquisition Officer, DM's
office Paschim Medinipur as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of “4 laning of NH-60
(New NH - 14) from ch. 117+770 km. to ch. 119+250 km. in the district of Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal.'' as
specified in the schedule given below.
