S.O. 5037(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highway
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government here by authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the
schedule annexed hereto as the Competent Authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land
specified in corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to State, Districts, Taluka / Tehsil and
villages mentioned in column (4),(5), (6) , and (7) respectively of the said schedule for building Pune – Bengaluru
Expressway greenfield Alignment under Bharatmala Phase-II in the state Maharashtra.
