(रा.रा.-28 का 15.650 कक.मी.) स े 87.000 कक.मी. और 97.000 कक.मी. स े 104.500 कक.मी. तक के भूखण्ड (सुल्तािपुर रोड स े बेहटा रोड सेक्शि) तक के भू-खण्ड के धिमागण (4-लेि का बिािा आकद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत ह ैधजसका सिंधक्षप्त वणगि िीच े अिुसूची म ें कदया र्या ह,ै ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपि े आशय की घोषणा करती ह ै। कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम म ें धहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीि पूवोक्त प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र म ें इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख स े इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी आपधत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा । ऐसी प्रत्येक आपधत्त सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत् अपर धजलाधिकारी(भ.अ.) सिंयक्तु सिंर्ठि लखिऊ को धलधखत रूप म े प्रस्तुत की जाएर्ी और उसम ें उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककए जाएिंर्े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकता ग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप म े या ककसी धवधिक पेशेवर द्वारा सुिे जाि े का अवसर दर्े ा और ऐसी आपधत्तयों की सुिवाई के पश्चात ् तर्ा ऐसी और जाचाँ 4627 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] करिे के पश्चात,् यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा या तो आपधत्तयों को अिुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा या अििुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा । उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (2) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश अिंधतम होर्ा । इस अधिसूचिा के अतिं र्तग आिे वाली भूधम के रेखािंक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय म ें उपलब्ि ह ैंऔर उिका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वारा धिरीक्षण ककया जा सकता ह ै। अिसु चू ी उत्तर प्रदशे राज्य के लखिऊ धजल े म ेंलखिऊ ररिंर् रोड के 0.000 कक.मी. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Additional District Magistrate (LA) Joint Organization Lucknow in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
