ऐसी भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा करती ह ै। कोई भी व्यजक्त, िो उक्त भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3ग की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के उपयोग पर रािपत्र म
