प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह समािाि हो जाि े के पश्चात ् कक किागटक राज्य के बार्लकोट धजले म ें NH 748A के कक.मी. 136.100 स े कक.मी.182.300 (एिएचएआई बार्लकोट) तक के भू-खण्ड के धिमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड शोल्डर सधहत 2-लेि/4-लेि का बिािा आकद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत ह ै धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगि िीच े अिुसचू ी म ें कदया र्या ह,ै ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करि े के अपि े आशय की घोषणा करती ह ै। कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम म ें धहतबद्ध ह,ै उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीि पूवोक्त प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र म ें इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख स े इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी आपधत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा । ऐसी प्रत्येक आपधत्त सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत ् अधतररक्त उपायुक्त (एडीसी) को धलधखत रूप म े प्रस्ततु की जाएर्ी और उसम ें उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककए जाएर्ं े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकता ग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप म े या ककसी धवधिक पेशेवर द्वारा सुिे जाि े का अवसर देर्ा और ऐसी आपधत्तयों की सुिवाई के पश्चात ् तर्ा ऐसी और जााँच करिे के पश्चात्, यकद 6598 अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (2) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश अंधतम होर्ा । इस अधिसूचिा के अंतर्गत आि ेवाली भूधम के रेखांक और अन्द्य ब्यौरे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के उक्त कायागलय NHAI/PIU-HPT/15052/LA-03/2021-22/3A] िेख अमीनखान, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th August, 2026 S.O. 4747(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of NH 748A in the stretch of land from Km.136.100 to Km. 182.300 (NHAI BAGALKOT) in the district of BAGALKOT in the state of KARNATAKA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 3C of the said Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
