New Delhi, the 23rd September, 2025
S.O. 4316(E).—in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorities the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule
annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to districts, tehsil and villages mentioned in column
(4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for building (widening/four laning etc) maintenance. management
and operation of 4-lane connectivity road between NH-128A (existing Chainage Km. 36/300 near Thekma village)
and NH-28 (existing Chainage Km. 242/500 on Gosai Ki Bazar Bypass) with a total length of 8.150 Km. (Prayagraj-
Jaunpur-Azamgarh-Dohrighat Section), along with one-time improvement of NH-128A from Smt
Lathamangeshkar Jn to Mohammedpur Jn, covering a length of 46.100 km (total: 54.250 Km), in the state of Uttar
Pradesh on EPC mode.
