NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th July, 2025
S.O. 3320(E).—In exercise of the powers of conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways
Act,(48 of 1956) the central Gov. hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the schedule below as the
competent authorities to perform the function of such authorities under said act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in this official Gazette. In respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding
entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to districts, taluka, police station and villages mentioned in column
(4) (5) (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule, for building (widening/four lanining/Bypass etc)
maintenance,management and operation of the National Highway 753F (Mangaon-Mahsala to Diggiport Road)
District of Raigad in the State of Maharashtra.
