NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January, 2026
S.O. 313(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the schedule
annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the
corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to state, district, taluk and villages mentioned in the
column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for “Construction for mitigation measures of 18 nos. of
Landslides, 03 no. Sinking Zone and 01 no. Tunnel (Km 454.300 to Km 454.870, PagalNallah Tunnel) from Km 368.000
(Lameri) to Km 468.000 (Helong) on NH-07 on EPC mode in the State of Uttarakhand”.
