और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख 28.07.2023 को लोकमत (मराठी) औरंगाबाि संस्ट्करण और तारीख 29.07.2023 को िैजनक इंजडयन एटसप्रेस (अग्रं िे ी)’’ मुंबई संस्ट्करण िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था ; िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया; 215 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ; NHAI/PIU/SLP/LA/AD-2021-22/3D] अभय िैन, उप-सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th January, 2024 S.O. 124(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. No. 2897 (E) Dated 03.07.2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (Six/Eight-laning etc.), maintenance management and operation of National Highway, in the stretch of land for newly proposed Ahmednagar - Solapur - Akkalkot- MH/KN Border (Including Spur Connectivity to Solapur Town) Greenfield alignment from Km. 370/000 to Km. 488/000 (Maharashtra Section) in Dharashiv District in the State of Maharashtra. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Lokmat (Marathi)" Aurangabad Edition dated 28.07.2023 and “Daily Indian Express Mumbai (English)” Mumbai Edition dated 29.07.2023; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
