और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख 12-12-2024 को डेली एक्सले जसयर" और "िैजनक सवरे ा" िोनों म ेंप्रकाजित दकया गया था ; और िब दक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-सी के तहत कोई आपजि प्राप्त नहीं हुई ह ै; 1216 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोर्ग िे िी ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोर्ग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक उक्त अनुसचू ी में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ; NHAI/PIU/Jammu/DAKP/001/3D] अभय िैन, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th February, 2025 S.O. 831(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 5215 Dated:04/12/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH-NE5 in the stretch of land from Km. 475.7 to Km. 500.6 (Samba) in the district of SAMBA in the Union Territory of JAMMU & KASHMIR.
