And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “THE HANS INDIA” and “ANDHRA JYOTHI” both dated 18th March 2022; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent Authority; Govt. of Andhra Pradesh restructured / formed new Districts from 13 Districts to 26 Districts and out of these Districts; Annamayya is one of the new Districts. Accordingly, Central Government authorized Joint Collector, Annamayya as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition for the villages falling in Annamayya District from erstwhile Y.S.R Kadapa District by the Notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2455(E) dated 30th May 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), dated 30th May 2022.
