L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-25072024-255718 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D5H0x7x2x0 24-255718 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 2788] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, िुलाई 24, 2024/श्रावण 2, 1946 No. 2788] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 24, 2024/SHRAVANA 2, 1946 सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार् गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 24 िुलाई, 2024 का.आ. 2925(अ.).—केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना सख्ं या का.आ. 1158 तारीख 07/03/2024, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा महाराष्ट्र राज्य के सोलापूर जिल े म ें NH965 के दक.मी. 59.000 से दक.मी. 117.000 (उप जवभागीय अजधकारी माळजिरस जवभाग अकलूि) तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के जनमागण (चौड़ाकरने / चार लने का बनाने, आदि), अनरु क्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ; और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "16.03.2024 " को "लोकमत (मराठी)" और "इंजडयन एक्सप्रसे (इंग्रिी)" िोनों में प्रकाजित दकया गया था ; िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह ै; 4548 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ; और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लगं मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यजन्द्तक रूप से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो िाएगी । अनसु चू ी महाराष्ट्र राज्य के सोलापरू जिल ेम ें NH965 के दक.मी. 59.000 स ेदक.मी. 117.000 (उप जवभागीय अजधकारी माळजिरस जवभाग अकलिू ) के जलए अिनग की िान ेवाली सरं चना सजहत अथवा सरं चना रजहत जववरण। राज्य का नाम: महाराष्ट्र जिल े का नाम: सोलापरू क्रजमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूजम का प्रकार भूजम की प्रकृजत भूजम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ट्ू वामी/ जहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयर म)ें व्यजक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: मालजिरस गावं का नाम: वले ापरू 1 सी.टी.ऍस् नो. 359 जनिी नॉन एग्रीकल्चर 0.0202 ििरथ आप्पा बनकर C.T.S No. 359 Total 0.0202 [फा. स.ं NHAI/PIU/PUNE/PALAKHI MARG/LA/2017/3D] अभय िैन, उप-सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th July, 2024 S.O. 2925(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 1158 Dated:07/03/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH965 in the stretch of land from Km. 59.000 to Km. 117.000 (Sub Divisional Officer Malshiras Division Akluj) in the district of SOLAPUR in the state of MAHARASHTRA. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Lokmat (Marathi)” and “Indian Express (English)” both dated 16.03.2024; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
