और राजमार् ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2820(E) तारीख 18/07/2024, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण,
भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखडं (ii) म ें प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा कनागटक राज्य के रायचूर धजले म ें NH150A के मौजूदा चेनेज
ककमी. 112.750 स ेकक.मी. 142.000 (ललंर्ासुर्रु स ेमुदबल क्रॉस) और ककमी 147.070 स ेककमी 149.070 (मास्की धसटी
सीमा) तक (जेवरर्ी चामराजनर्र सेक्िन) के धनमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड िोल्डर सधहत 2-लेन/4-लने का बनाना आकद)
अनुरक्षण, प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स ेउपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ेंधवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन करने के अपने आिय
की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख "1/8/2024 " को
"धवजया कनाटग क" और "डेक्कन हरे ाल्ड" दोनों म ें प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ैऔर उसका
उधचत रूप स े धनपटान ककया र्या;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी न े उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी
ररपोटग दे दी ह ै;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जान े पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ
की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अनुसूची म ेंधवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक
इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र म ेंप्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लर्ं मों स ेमुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप स े

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th May, 2025
S.O. 2402(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, 2820(E) Dated:18/07/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to
as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to
the said notification for building (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,) Maintenance, management
and operation of NH150A in the stretch of land from existing chainage Km. 112.750 to Km. 142.000 (Lingasusgur to
Mudbal cross) & from Km 147.070 to Km 149.070 (Maski City Limit) of (Jewaragi Chamarajnagar Section) in the
district of RAICHUR in the state of KARNATAKA
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Vijaya Karnataka” and “Deccan
Herald” both dated 1/8/2024 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled
the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
