और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख "28.06.2024 " को "िैधनक भास्कर" और "ि टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंधडया" िोनों म ें प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; जिकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत िायर आपधत्त प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ैऔर उसका उधचत रूप स े धनपटान ककया र्या; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Bhaskar” and “The Times of India” both dated 28 June 2024; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
