L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-21082024-256519 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D1H0x8x2x0 24-256519 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 3214] नई दिल्ली, मगं लवार, अगस्ट्त 20, 2024/श्रावण 29, 1946 No. 3214] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2024/SHRAVANA 29, 1946 सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार् गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 20 अगस्ट् त, 2024 का.आ. 3530(अ).— केन्द्रीय सिकाि ने, िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजस े इसमें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या ह)ै की िािा 3क की उपिािा (1) के अिीन जािी की र्ई भाित सिकाि के सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 544 तािीख 06 फिविी 2024, जो भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा मध्य प्रदेि िाज्य के आर्ि मालवा धजल े में िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग क्रमांक 552G के कक.मी. 143.9 स े कक.मी.191.6 (उज्जैन झालावाड़ खण्ड) तक के िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग के धनमागण (चोड़ाकिने / चाि लेन का बनाने, आकद), अनुिक्षण, प्रबंिन औि प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसचू ना से उपाबद्ध अनुसचू ी म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजनग किन े के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी । औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख "16 फिविी 2024 " को "दधै नक भास्कि" समाचाि पत्र मे धहन्द्दी औि "फ्री प्रसै " समाचाि पत्र मे इंर्धलि दोनों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; 5300 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकािी को िािा 3-र् के तहत दायि आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पि धवचाि ककया र्या ह ै औि उसका उधचत रूप से धनपटान ककया र्या; औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनसु िण में, केन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी रिपोटग द े दी ह ै ; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, सक्षम प्राधिकािी की उक्त रिपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पि औि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) द्वािा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् कित े हुए, यह घोषणा किती ह ै कक उक्त अनुसचू ी म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ; औि अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (2) के अनुसिण में यह घोषणा किती ह ै कक इस अधिसूचना के िाजपत्र में प्रकािन पि, उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकि आत्यधन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सिकाि में धनधहत हो जाएर्ी । अनसु चू ी मध्य प्रदिे िाज्य के आर्ि मालवा धजल े म ें िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार् ग क्रमाकं 552G के कक.मी. 143.9 स े कक.मी.191.6 (उज्जनै झालावाड़ खण्ड) के धलए अजनग की जान े वाली सिं चना सधहत अथवा सिं चना िधहत भधू म का धवविण। िाज्य का नाम: मध्य प्रदिे धजल े का नाम: आर्ि मालवा क्रधमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूधम का प्रकाि भूधम की प्रकृधत भूधम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ू वामी/ धहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयि म)ें व्यधक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: ससु निे र्ावं का नाम: डोंर्ि र्ावाँ सोयत 1 1828/1 धनजी (धनजी ) कृधष धभन्न आिय 0.006 िामर्ोपाल धपता हीिालाल 1828/1 2 1828/2 धनजी (धनजी) कृधष धभन्न आिय 0.002 कन्द्हयै ालाल धपता हीिालाल 1828/2 3 1829/1 धनजी (धनजी ) कृधष धभन्न आिय 0.004 िामर्ोपाल धपता हीिालाल 1829/1 4 1829/2 धनजी (धनजी ) कृधष धभन्न आिय 0.01 कन्द्हयै ालाल धपता[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 हीिालाल 1829/2 Total 0.022 [फा. सं. : PIU/IND/U-J/LA/3a/2018/3D] अभय िैन, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th August, 2024 S.O.3530 (E). –Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 544 Dated:06/02/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH552G in the stretch of land from Km. 143.9 to Km. 191.6 (Ujjain-Jhalwar Section) in the district of AGAR MALWA in the state of MADHYA PRADESH And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Bhaskar” in hindi and “Free Press” both dated 16/February/2024 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
