और राजमार् ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. S. O. 1757 (E) तारीख 16/04/2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र,
असािारण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा धमजोरम राज्य के ल ंर्लेई धजल े म ें NH 302 के
कक.मी. 57.641 स ेकक.मी.73.476 तक के राष्ट्रीय राजमार् गके धनमागण (चौड़ा करने / चार लने का बनान,े आकि), अन रक्षण,
प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अन सूची म ें धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का अजगन करन े के अपन े आिय की
घोषणा की थी ;
और जबकक उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3ए की उपिारा (3) के अिीन क्रमिः किनांक 5
मई, 2025 और 16 मई, 2025 को “रालवेंर्टू” और “धहधलमथला” म ेंप्रकाधित ककया र्या ह;ै
जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत िायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ैऔर उसका
उधचत रूप स े धनपटान ककया र्या;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जान े पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ
की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अन सूची म ेंधवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th November, 2025
S.O. 5147(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, S. O. 1757 (E) Dated:16/04/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation
of NH 302 in the stretch of land from Km. 57.641 to Km. 73.476 in the district of LUNGLEI in the state of MIZORAM
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Ralvengtu” and “Hlimthla” dated
5th May, 2025 and 16th May, 2025 respectively; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled
the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
