असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा महाराष्ट्र राज्य के नाजसक जिले म ें NH752G के
दक.मी. 104.600 से दक.मी.128.600 चांिवड से मनमाड रोड (सेक्िन-4) तक के भूखण्ड पर टोल प्लािा के जनमागण,
अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टग भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपन े
आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "09 अप्रैल,
2021" को "िेिितु टाईम्स (इंग्रिी)" और "िेिितु टाईम्स (मराठी)" िोनों म ेंप्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी को दकसी व् यजक्त स ेकोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुऐ ह ै;
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी
ररपोट गिे िी ह ै;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोट ग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टग भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th July, 2021
S.O. 2751(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways,No.S.O.251(E) dated 19 January, 2021 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section
3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in
the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of Toll Plaza Maintenance, management and operation
of NH752G on the stretch of land from Km 104.600 to Km 128.600 Chandwad to Manmad (Section-4) in the district
of NASHIK in the state of MAHARASHTRA;
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Deshdoot Times (English)” and
Deshdoot Times (Marathi)” both dated 09 April,2021 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas no objections have been received by the Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority Deputy Collector (Land
Aquisition) National Highway Project, Nashik and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of
section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should
be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
