L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-26092023-248976 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D6H0x9x2x0 23-248976 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY सं. 4031] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रवार, जसतम्ब र 22, 2023/भाद्र 31, 1945 No. 4031] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2023/BHADRA 31, 1945 सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार् गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 22 जसतम् बर, 2023 का.आ. 4199(अ).—केन्द्रीय सिकाि ने, िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या ह)ै की िािा 3क की उपिािा (1) के अिीन जािी की र्ई भाित सिकाि के सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3210 तािीख 18/07/2023, जो भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा र्ुजिात िाज्य के देवभूधम द्वािका धजले म ें NH151A के कक.मी. 0 स े कक.मी. 242.9 (द्वािका (कुिंर्ा)- खंभाळीया-देविीया) िोड सेकिन तक के िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार् ग के धनमागण (चौड़ा करने / चार लने का बनाने, आदि), अनुिक्षण, प्रबंिन औि प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन किने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ; औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख "26/07/2023 " को "कदव्य भास्कि" औि "ि टाइम्स ओफ इधन्द्डया" दोनों म ें प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी को ककसी व्यधक्त स ेकोइ आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुए ह ै; औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी न े उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनुसिण म,ें केन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी रिपोटग दे दी ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, सक्षम प्राधिकािी की उक्त रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो जान े पि औि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) द्वािा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् कित े हुए, यह घोषणा किती ह ै कक उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजनग ककया जाना चाधहए ; 6063 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] औि अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (2) के अनुसिण म ें यह घोषणा किती ह ै कक इस अधिसूचना के िाजपत्र म ें प्रकािन पि, उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लर्ं मों स े मुक्त होकि आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से केन्द्रीय सिकाि म ें धनधहत हो जाएर्ी । अनसु चू ी र्ुजिात िाज्य के देवभूधम द्वािका धजले म ेंNH151A के कक.मी. 0 स े कक.मी.242.9 ((द्वािका(कुिंर्ा)- खंभाळीया-देविीया) िोड सेकिन) के धलए अजनग की जाने वाली संिचना सधहत अथवा संिचना िधहत धवविण। िाज्य का नाम: र्ुजिात धजल ेका नाम: देवभधू म द्वािका क्रधमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भधू म का प्रकाि भधू म की प्रकृधत भधू म का क्षत्रे फल भूस्वामी/ धहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हेक्टेयि म)ें व्यधक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालुक का नाम: कल्याणपिु र्ावं का नाम: नदं ना 1 1040 धनजी कृधष 0.2318 अमिबेन नानजीभाई कणजारिया पिसोत्तमभाई नानजीभाई कणजारिया र्ोपालभाई नानजीभाई कणजारिया कदनेिभाई नानजीभाई कणजारिया िैलेिभाई नानजीभाई कणजारिया कुल योर् 0.2318 [फा. सं. 11011/NHAI/Gujarat/Rajkot/LA/3D2] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd September, 2023 S.O. 4199(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 3210 Dated:18/07/2023 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH151A in the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 242.9 (Dwarka(Kuranga)-Khambhaliya-Devariya) road section in the district of DEVBHUMI DWARKA in the state of GUJARAT And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Divyabhaskar” and “The Times of India” both dated 26/07/2023 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objections have been received any person by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
