L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-23022023-243804 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-23022023-243804 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 794] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, फरवरी 22, 2023/फाल्ग नु 3, 1944 No. 794] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2023/PHALGUNA 3, 1944 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली 22 फरवरी, 2023 का.आ. 827(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5595 (ई), दिनांक नई दिल्ली, 1 दिसंबर , 2022, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा पजश्चम बंगाल राज्य के नाजडया जिले म ें NH34 के दक.मी. 48.553 स े दक.मी. 115.272 (बारासात-कृष्णानगर खंड) तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग के जनमागण (चौड़ा करन े / चार लने का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करने के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी ; और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "16.12.2022" को "आिकल" और "टेलीग्राफ" िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था ; और आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उन पर जवचार कर जलया ह ै और आक्षेपों को अननुज्ञात कर दिया ह ै; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह ै; 1157 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए ; और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र म ें प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लगं मों स े मुक्त होकर आत्यजन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत हो िाएगी । अनसु चू ी पजश्चम बगं ाल राज्य के नाजडया जिल े म ेंNH34 के दक.मी. 48.553 स ेदक.मी. 115.272 (बारासात-कृष्णानगर खडं ) के जलए अिनग की िान े वाली सरं चना सजहत अथवा सरं चना रजहत जववरण। राज्य का नाम: पजश्चम बगं ाल जिल ेका नाम: नाजडया क्रजमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूजम का प्रकार भूजम की प्रकृजत भूजम का भस्ट्ू वामी/जहतबद्ध व्यजक्तयों का नाम सख्ं या क्षत्रे फल (हक्े टेयर म)ें 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: कल्याणी गावं का नाम: पमु जलया (िएे ल नबं र-14) हररिासी िेव्या, पजत - नरेि रॉय और 1 234 जनिी वीटी 0.0111 अन्द्य () कुल 0.0111 [फा. सं. 3050 €/3D] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023 S.O. 827(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, being S.O. 5595(E), dated New Delhi, the 1st December , 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH116A on the stretch of land from Km. 48.553 to Km. 115.272 ( Barasat-Krishnanagar Section) in the district of NADIA in the state of WEST BENGAL; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Ajkal” and “Telegraph” both dated 16.12.2022; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
