S.O. 4737(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under
sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),
the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said
notification for ranslation result Construction of terrain from Km. 28.4 to 28.6 Km. of NH848B (railway overbridge
and its paths and construction of 2-lane/4-lane including service road/widening/paved shoulder etc.), (TALUKA
SEVA SADAN NEAR NH 48) in the district of VALSAD in the state of GUJARAT;
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Times of India” dated
15/05/2022 and “Sandesh Chamachar” dated 14/05/2022; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the
Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has
