अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपाटे प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रि्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टग भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2021
S.O. 5450(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping Road
Transport and Highways, Department of Road Transport And Highways number S.O. 2888 dated
20.07.2021 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-
section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the
Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said
notification for (Widening/Four -Laning, etc.) Maintenance, management and operation of NH752-B on the stretch of
land from Km. 38+700 to 42+050 Km. in (Biaora to Maksudangarh-Road) (Maksudangarh-Bypass) corrigendam in
the state of MADHYA PRADESH.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Nav Duniya” 24 August,
2021 Tuesday And “Times of India” 24 August 2021 Tuesday under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said
Act;
And whereas no objections has been received From Any person By The Competent Authority;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the
Competent Authority;
And wheres, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Compotent Authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances,
