फरीिाबाि-बल्लभगढ़ बाईपास के.एम.पी. ललक-स्ट्पर स े दिल्ली मुंबई एक्सप्रेसवे के िेवर अंतराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्ड े के जलए ग्रीनफील्ड हाईवे के दक.मी. 0+000 से दक.मी. 18+900 तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के जनमागण (चोड़ाकरन े / छः लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपन े आिय की घोषणा की थी;

और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा उक की उपधारा (3) के अधीन दिनांक "18 अगस्ट्त 2026 " को " ि एजियन ऐि" (अंग्रेिी) और " िनसत्ता" (लहिी) िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था; िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजत्त प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा उघ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह;ै 8031 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची में जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st October, 2026 S.O. 5707(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. No. 4065(E) Dated: 24th July 2026 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/six-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Greenfield Connectivity to Jewar International Airport from DND-Faridabad-Ballabgarh Bypass KMP Link-Spur to Delhi Mumbai Expressway under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the stretch of land from Km. 0+000 to Km.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 18+900 in the District of FARIDABAD in the state of HARYANA;

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Asian Age ” (English) and “Jansatta” (Hindi) both dated 18/08/2026; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
