असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा रािस्ट्थान राज्य के िोधपुर जिले म ें Ring Road
के दक.मी. 0 से दक.मी.74.619 तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग के जनमागण (चोड़ाकरन े / चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण,
प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपन े आिय की
घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख 26.05.2026 को
रािस्ट्थान पजत्रका एव ंिैजनक नवज्योजत िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और
उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोट ग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2026
S.O. 4011(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 2496(E) Dated:14/05/2026 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation
of Ring Road in the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 74.619 in the district of JODHPUR in the state of
RAJASTHAN
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in Rajasthan Patrika & Dainik
Navjyoti on dated 26.05.2026; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and
settled the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
