Department of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 521 (E). Dated 2nd February 2023, Published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub section issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction (widening/four-laning/Toll Plaza etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Rehabilitation & widening work for 2-Lane with Paved Shouldering of Existing NH-80 Alignment from Km. 132.895 to Km. 190.150 Bhagalpur - Kahalgaon - Mirzachowki section in the State of Bihar hereby declares its intention to acquire such land; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in" Local News paper Danik Jagran Bhagalpur & Danik Bhaskar edition in Hindi" dated 09.06.2023 under sub section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;.
