रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उत्तराखंड राज्य के हररद्वार जिले म ें
"दिल्ली-िेहरािनू आर्थगक गजलयारे के सहारनपुर बाईपास से गणिे पुर खडं तक अजभगम जनयंत्रण प्रावधान" के दक.मी.
3.000 स े दक.मी. 10.500 [राष्ट्रीय रािमागग स.ं 307 (परु ाना राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग स.ं 72A का भाग )] तक के राष्ट्रीय
रािमागग के जनमागण (चोड़ाकरने / चार लेन का बनान,े आदि), अनरु क्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े
उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टग भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "29 नवम्बर,
2021" को "जहन्द्िस्ट्ु तान" और "दि इंजडयन एक्सप्रेस" िोनों म ेंप्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी को दकसी व्यजक्त स ेकोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुए थ े;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोट ग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टग भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th April, 2022
S.O. 185 1(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, number S.O. 4420(E) 29th October, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in
the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and
operation of "Access Control Provisions in Section from Saharanpur bypass to Ganeshpur Section of of Delhi-
Dehradun Economic Corridor" in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 3.000 to Km. 10.500 [Section of National
Highway no. 307 (Old National Highway no. 72A)] in the district of HARIDWAR in the state of UTTARAKHAND
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Hindustan” and “The Indian
Express” both dated 29th November, 2021; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas no objections have been received from any person by the Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
