भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उड़ीसा राज्य के गंिाम जिले में NH59 के दक.मी. 296.5 से
दक.मी. 336.5 (मण्ु डमराई स े रत्नपुर सेक्सन) तक िो लेन को चौड़ी करण और मिबुत करना, इसके द्वारा ऐसी भूजम
अजधग्रहण करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "23.09.2022"
को "समाि पत्र" और "धररत्री पत्र " िोनों म ेंप्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
और उक्त अजधसूचना की वधै ाजनक अवजध के भीतर कोई आपजि प्राप्त नहीं हुई ह।ै

की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक
इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र म ें प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लगं मों स े मुक्त होकर आत्यजन्द्तक रूप

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th December, 2022
S.O. 5763(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways, S.O. 3971(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land
specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of widening and strenghening to
two lane with paved shoulders from Km. 296.500 to 336.500 (Mundamarai to Ratnapur Section) in the
district of GANJAM in the state of ODISHA;
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “THE SAMAJ” and
“THE DHARITRI” both dated 23.09.2022 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas no objections have been received with in the statutory period i.e 21 days from
publication the aforesaid Gazette notification.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority
has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the
powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government
hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said
